Special Assessment - $700 - Due September 1, 2024

PURPOSE:  Raising of Hydrants, Road Repair and Sealing, Retention Pond Cleanout, and Green Space Maintenance.  There should be no near future need for any additional assessment unless some unforeseen or catastrophic event occurs!  Late Payments will be handled the same as the Annual Dues Assessment late payment - $20 Late Fee per month. Our goal in 2024 is to begin to build our Reserve Fund.
