WHAT ARE THE SIGNS ALL ABOUT?

The bridge located across Hafner's Ditch, originally installed by the developer on Green Space property, is unsafe and The Bluffs Homeowners Association, Inc., is asking and urging our residents, their children and guests to refrain from walking and/or playing on that bridge.  The supports/bracing underneath the bridge are deteriorating and sagging.  You can visually see that there is a gap between the deteriorating supports and the underside of the bridge.  We are not able to see the condition of the underside of the bridge itself.  There are no handrails on either side of the bridge to keep individuals from falling off and into Hafner's Ditch, which is full of leaves, rocks, tree limbs, etc. 

Last year, the HOA was told that the bridge would be removed and we're hopeful that it will be removed in the very near future.
